Shipping Options & Rates

We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Our standard shipping rates are kept simple and transparent:

• Orders below ₹499: Flat shipping fee of ₹49
• Orders ₹499 and above: FREE shipping across India

Cash on Delivery (COD) availability depends on your pincode and order value; the COD charge, if applicable, is shown at checkout. Tax (18% GST) is included in the displayed product prices.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities (Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, etc.): 3–5 business days
• Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote/special destinations: 7–10 business days

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS so you can follow your package right to your doorstep.

International Shipping

At this time we ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us at hello@sehatpal.in within 10 working days. Please refer to our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy for the next steps.
