Our Promise
At Sehatpal, every order is dispatched with care so the products arrive exactly as you ordered. In the rare case that you receive an incomplete order, a damaged product, or the wrong item, we want to make it right — quickly and without hassle.
If something is wrong with your order, please write to us at hello@sehatpal.in or call +91 73830 57768 within 10 working days of receiving the delivery. Notifications received after 10 working days cannot be honoured.
When We Accept Returns
We are happy to accept returns and arrange a replacement or refund if:
- You received an item that does not match what you ordered.
- The item was damaged in transit or arrived short of what was billed (such orders should be refused at the doorstep).
- The item is due to expire within 3 months of delivery.
Tip: If the outer package looks tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the shipment from the courier. Always inspect your order at the time of receiving it.
Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Return Conditions
For a return to be approved, please ensure that:
- Items are in their original manufacturer’s packaging — labels and barcodes intact.
- Only fully unused, unopened packs/bottles/sachets are returned.
- The batch number on the product matches the batch number on the sales invoice.
- The original sales invoice accompanies the returned product.
When We Cannot Accept Returns
- Partially used packs or opened bottles/sachets.
- Products that have expired after purchase.
- A second return request raised against the same product or order.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order status is still "Order Placed". After the order is approved and marked "Shipped", please call our team at +91 73830 57768 to discuss cancellation. If the cancellation request is received before dispatch, a complete refund will be initiated within 48–72 business hours.
Refund Policy
We are happy to issue a full refund when:
- The item received is defective.
- The item is lost or damaged during transit.
- The item is past its expiry date at the time of delivery.
How to Request a Refund
Email or WhatsApp us your order details along with the reason for the refund at hello@sehatpal.in / +91 73830 57768. We take your feedback seriously and use it to improve continuously.
Timelines
- Replacement shipment: within 5 business days of approval.
- Refund processing: within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Credit to your account: within 7 business days of refund processing (bank timelines may vary; this is beyond our control).
